So here we are at day 4. Two days to go before the five days are up.
These are my plans for today.

L: Egg and lettuce sarnie, pineapple and yogurt
D: Chilli con carne, spaghetti or maybe shredded cabbage instead of the spaghetti
S: 2 digestive biscuits and cream cheese
Dr: Black tea and water
Still missing the coffee!
