Living below the line day 1

And here's the menu for the first day.

B:  porridge with jam and yoghurt
L:  Split pea and vegetable soup with a slice of bread and butter, tinned pineapple and more yoghurt (just a bit, like a blob of cream)
D: Kidney bean, cumin and carrot patties, broccoli, sautéed new potatoes (value, canned, of course)

That's it!!  Sounds OK, doesn't it?  I might keep the pineapple until the evening!
