Breakfast: Porridge, dried cranberries, yoghurt
Lunch: Not sure yet - it might be pasta in a sardine sauce, a recipe I have just found.
Dinner: Roast chicken (left over from yesterday), courgettes, corn on the cob, new potatoes (all from Beth).
How about you?
Nice to have a good veg supplier isnt it
ReplyDeleteOh, yes - and so reliable too! (don't hit me, Beth!)
ReplyDeleteMind you, in a few weeks I'll be providing radishes and in September she will be getting carrots too! Swings and roundabouts!

And I gets baking too! Ah, but you'll be getting beans and butternuts, cabbages and cauli and broccoli soon as well. And you get more in the summer and rather less over winter whereas I'm supplied all year round. It's a fair barter.
ReplyDeleteI reckon I do very well out of it. Beth reckons she does very well out of it. Two very satisfied barter-partners. Just how it should be! :-)
