Cheaper than Chips menu: 10-7-13

So sorry for missing yesterday.  Things are quite busy right now.

Today's food plans:
Breakfast:  Porridge with banana and yoghurt
Lunch:  Salad and fresh fruit
Dinner;  Something quick from the freezer

I know it sounds a bit vague - I feel a bit vague at the moment as well!  :-)
