Comfort food day.
B: porridge
L: savoury mince with new potatoes, fruit
D: roast chicken, vegetables, pineapple and yoghurt
I got the old (very old) slow cooker out and over Monday night I slow roasted a chicken and last night I made a pot of savoury mince with loadsa veg. Mmmmmmmmmmm
(some will be going back in the freezer again)
