. . . to Teacher's Recipes. This is intended to be a place where I can waffle on about good recipes I have tried as well as recipes I have invented/adapted myself. I'm the proud owner of a Thermomix which has revolutionised my cooking and many recipes reflect this. She's costly (very costly!) but she earns her price and her space in my kitchen every day. Her name is Thermione because she does so many things superbly well, like her more famous Hogwarts' namesake.

Whenever possible I will give accreditation to the original creator of the recipe and will include relevant links.

As for photos - well, if I remember to take them . . .
