Sourdough bread - just a picture.

Straight out of the oven and smelling wonderful.




No idea how it tastes though!

Edited to add - I do now.  It's delicious.  Nice open crumb too.

  3. What did you use as a starter I.e.type of flours

  4. I started with rye flour and then moved on to wholemeal. Now I'm adding whatever comes to hand really!
